DESCA HOR is a strong rust remover specially formulated for removing cement and mortar residues from new construction or rehabilitation of old buildings. It is specially formulated to remove hardened cement residue, for cleaning trucks, concrete mixers, framing forms, struts, brackets, screws. In general, any machinery used in the construction industry that has concrete or mortar residue.

DESCA HOR should always be used cold. The most appropriate method of use will depend on the surface to be cleaned. So it can be used by spraying, by dipping or by an acid resistant brush.

In the case of cleaning the concrete mixer, a good solution is the use of solutions of DESCA HOR making them work inside the mixer, just as if making a regular mixture. Rinse then with very clean water.

In the case of use by immersion, the tanks containing the solutions DESCA HORshould be made of acid-resistant material, such as plastic, glass fiber, etc.

After cleaning with DESCA HOR strong rust preventative is necessary to rinse the surfaces thoroughly after through the final treatment to avoid subsequent oxidation. Where necessary to protect against oxidation in the environment, we recommend the use of our MECA PROT. It is applied by spraying or brushing as it repels moisture and prevents oxidation. Always use in well-ventilated areas or provide adequate ventilation where necessary.

The concentration of the used dilutions of DESCA HOR will depend on the type and amount of debris and rust to be removed. In general, it is usually sufficient to use 1:3 dilutions with water to remove scale and cement residues.

Can cause burns when clean. Irritates the respiratory system. Do not ingest. Keep away from children. In case of contact with eyes, immediately clean thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. In case of inadequate ventilation, use suitable breathing equipment.

DESCA HOR rust remover is packed in original plastic disposable containers of 30 and 60 litres.
