How to use lubricating oil for the food industry

TECMALUB-ALM due to its lack of toxicity, high behaviour, lubrication and sliding properties, it is particularly recommended as a lubricant for machinery and moving parts in general, where it reduces the degree of friction between moving parts, thus improving behaviour and reducing wear. Due to its special composition and lack of toxicity TECMALUB-ALM becomes the most recommended lubricating oil in the industries where medical quality oil is needed and without such as: food industry (slaughterhouses, wineries) and packaging industry (selection, conditioning and processing); food industry (selection, conditioning and processing), fruit and vegetable packaging); animal food production, pharmaceutical industry, dermatology, cosmetics, veterinary industry, etc.

Lubrication of moving elements, conveyor belts, packaging and transport machines in slaughterhouses, metallurgical plants, beverage packaging systems, fruit and vegetable pickers, dough mixers, etc. As the product is completely free of silicones, it is recommended when moulding plastics that could be in contact with food products (always do preliminary tests). How can you use the lubricating oil?

Apply the clean oil as supplied directly to the areas intended for lubrication. Depending on the application, it may be applied by spraying, or with a suitable brush, to band bearings or moving parts where friction reduction is required. It is then necessary to spread TECMALUB-ALM lubricating oil for the food industry on the entire processing area.

For drip lubrication systems, insert into the system container, checking beforehand that the viscosity of the lubricant is suitable for the system. To apply TECMALUB-ALM AEROSOL, shake the container before use and apply intermittently with short sprays. For very specific applications, spray TECMALUB-ALM AEROSOL about 5-10 cm from the area to be lubricated. For less specific applications, spray from about 15-20 cm and allow the product to spread among the area to be lubricated.

As a general idea, with both bulk and aerosol products, a minimal amount of product is sufficient for several days of continuous operation.
