Surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oil, dust or other contaminants. Surfaces with rust residue shall be deoxidized by mechanical means until all rust residue is removed. To improve adhesion, the metal surface should be sanded or cleaned with a metal brush to roughen the painted surface.

In case you need to remove old paint from surfaces and metals, you can use our JV-CLEAN.

• Shake well the aerosol - cold galvanizing spray.
• Spray on the area to be covered, holding the aerosol vertically and about 20-30 cm from the surface.
• Apply taking care not to leave the area with too much product and spread the product evenly over the entire surface to be protected.
• Once the first coat has dried, it is possible to apply a second.
• After application, turn the can bottom side up to clean the sprayer.

TECMA PAINT® METALIZADOR - cold galvanizing spray is recommended for repairing galvanized elements and protecting steel surfaces where work needs to be done quickly.

Its use is absolutely necessary in locksmith workshops, welding shops and in the assembly of galvanized elements, plumbing, cooling and heating elements, etc.

• Apply under good ventilation.
• Never apply to oily, dirty or damp surfaces.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5⁰С.
• or at relative humidity above 85%.
• When applying over other paints, check compatibility and adhesion with the paint already applied.
• Do not apply to hot surfaces.

TECMA PAINT® METALIZADOR-Z galvanizing spray is supplied in 600 cc aerosol cans. Store in a cool place protected from sunlight and temperatures above 50⁰С.
