Surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, grease, roughness, loose material or other contaminants. Chipped or poorly adhering paint must be removed prior to product application. If the surface is painted with a good-fitting plastic paint, it may be painted provided all mold or mildew has been removed.

Surfaces contaminated with mould or mildew should be cleaned with a suitable product to remove any dirt.

After surface preparation, apply the first coat diluted with 15-20% water if it is to be applied directly over plaster, stucco or mortar to allow the paint to penetrate the pores of the substrate and gain a good hold. If applied over other paints, it need not be thinned or may be thinned with 5% water if desired to improve application.

Once the first coat has completely dried, after 4-6 hours, the next coat can be applied. To achieve a good anti-condensation effect, it is recommended to apply a consumption of 1-1.5 l/m2 in several coats. Once the product has been applied and dried, it can be painted with plastic or acrylic paints.

TECMA PAINT® NO FROST is recommended for the treatment of interior surfaces such as walls, corners in ceilings and walls with condensation problems in homes, commercial premises, offices, etc.

• Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C and relative humidity above 85%.
• Although the product has film protection against mold and mildew, do not apply to mold or mildew residue.
• Do not apply to mold or mildew residue as latent spores can reproduce and contaminate the product.

In plastic containers of 5, 10 and 20 litres. The product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures between 5 and 35ºC, and the container should be hermetically sealed. The product can be stored for at least one year.
