TECMA PAINT HS is a product that is suitable for painting steel, cement or concrete surfaces that will be subjected to an aggressive environment.

It is recommended for previously primed steel structures that will be subjected to splash from water, acids, alkalis or mineral oils. Also suitable for cement or concrete surfaces subjected to the above conditions.

TECMA PAINT HS is recommended for painting swimming pools as it offers very good resistance to continuous immersion.

Not recommended for areas exposed to oils or animal or vegetable fats. Should not be used in areas subject to splash from oxidizing acids such as nitric acid. Also not recommended for exposure to temperatures above +65⁰С.

Steel surfaces

Surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oil, dust or any other contaminant. Rust must be removed by abrasive blasting, brushing, sand blasting, etc. Then apply a suitable primer.

Cement or concrete surfaces

Повърхностите трябва да са сухи, да не съдържат масла, смазка, прах или някакъв друг замърсител. Излишният циментов разтвор трябва да се отстрани. On cement or concrete substrates, observe minimum set time before applying paint.

When applying our product TECMA PAINT HS dilute only with our TECMA SOL C. If applying to cement and concrete surfaces, always thin the first coat with 10-15% to allow the paint to penetrate the substrate.

After at least 8 h it is possible to apply a second coat, this time without thinning. When painting pools made of cement or concrete, you should bear in mind that in many cases there is no waterproofing, so it is recommended to thin the first coat more than usual. This way, the paint will be able to penetrate more into the pores, covering them and preventing moisture from seeping to the inside of the pool and bubbling into the paint's waterproofing coating.

• Do not apply at temperatures below +5⁰C, or relative humidity above 85%
• Do not apply if rain is expected before the paint has dried
• When painting pools, it is necessary to let the paint dry for 3-4 days before filling them
• Apply with good ventilation
• Do not expose to flame or heat sources
• Avoid contact with eyes or skin

In metal containers of 10 and 25 kg.
