The surface must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, dirt, soil or any other contaminant. Any grout must be removed mechanically or chemically using our DESCA-2F. Once this is done, rinse the surface with plenty of water. If the surface is contaminated with algae, fungi or moss, use our product BACTA-OFF and wash them off. Then rinse the surface and let it dry. The substrate needs to be porous and rough for the product to have good adhesion to it.

Dilute the first coat of the product with 10-15% water to allow the paint to penetrate deeper into the pores of the substrate. When applying subsequent coats, do not thin the product. In order to achieve ideal waterproofing and exceptional coloration, we advise you to lay 0.8 - 1 kg/m2, in several layers.

Do not apply at temperatures below +10⁰C or relative humidity higher than 80% or if it is expected to rain before TECMA PAINT® FACHADAS to be completely dry.

TECMA PAINT® FACHADAS is supplied in 25 kg plastic buckets. It can be stored for up to one year in its original buckets in a cool, frost-free room.
