For covering floors in slaughterhouses, car parks, workshops, factories, warehouses, etc. Due to its weak odour it can be used in food factories, in the food industry, although it is advisable to check working conditions before application.

Surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oil, loose solution, etc. Cement or concrete surfaces must be completely dry before application and at least 28 days must have elapsed since application.

Surfaces that are not porous or rough must be mechanically or chemically DESCA-2F get lost. After applying the product, wash the surface thoroughly with water to remove any residue.

It is very important to remove the loose grout on the surface to get a strong and durable surface. Prime the substrate with TECMA PAINT A-H or TECMA PRIMER AT, with a consumption rate of 4-5 m²/kg depending on the porosity and absorption of the substrate.

• Mix the container with the base with a mechanical mixer on low speed.
• Add the Hardener slowly to avoid air entering the mixture.
• Scrape the sides of the mixing bucket well with a spatula to remove any stuck product.
• Continue stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.

It is recommended that once you have mixed the two components, you pour the mixture evenly over the surface to be treated. This way you will have a greater open time for application.

Lay the first layer of TECMA PAINT EP-SD, with a consumption rate of 4 m²/kg. After at least 8 hours at a temperature of +22⁰C, you can lay a second layer.

Clean the tools with TECMASOL C or TECMASOL E.

• Do not apply when relative humidity is 85% or when surface temperature is less than 3⁰C from dew point
• Do not apply at temperatures below +10⁰С
• When laying on cement or concrete substrates, it is necessary to wait for them to cure and dry before laying TECMA PAINT EP-SD
• At a temperature of +22⁰C and O.B 55%, the coating can be used by pedestrians after 24 h of application, by light vehicles 48 h and can be wetted after 72 h. In colder temperatures, these times will be extended.
• When the product is stored at low temperatures, it needs to be warmed up to +20⁰C before application.

Prepared for dosing in sets of 6 and 12 kg (Base and Hardener). Store in dry places with temperature between +10⁰C and +35⁰С. The product can be stored for up to 1 year in its original airtight containers.
