Епоксидна Боя на Водна Основа TECMA PAINT ECOPOX

As a coating for walls and floors in hospitals, milking parlours, in the food industry, schools, universities, restaurants and more.

Surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oil, loose solution, etc. Cement or concrete surfaces must be completely dry before application and at least 28 days must have elapsed since application.

Surfaces that are not porous or rough must be mechanically or chemically DESCA-2F get lost. After applying the product, wash the surface thoroughly with water to remove any residue.

Iron or steel surfaces should be pre-treated with an epoxy primer such as TECMA PAINT OX.

• Mix the base well.
• While stirring, slowly add the contents of the Hardener into the container with the Base.
• Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
• After at least 8 h, at +20⁰C, apply the second coat without diluting with water. On iron or steel surfaces, apply without diluting with water on surfaces previously treated with epoxy primer.

For cement or concrete substrates, the first coat should be applied diluted with 10-15% water, depending on the porosity of the substrate. A primer layer can be used TECMA PAINT ECOTRANS diluted with 30-35% water or TECMA PAINT A-H.

• Do not apply at relative humidity 80% or when surface temperature is less than 3⁰C from dew point
• Do not apply at temperatures below +15⁰С
• For cement or concrete substrates, allow to dry completely before applying TECMA PAINT ECOPOX

In 10 and 24 kg packages (base + hardener) ready for use. Store in frost-free locations. Shelf life in original and tightly closed containers is 1 year.
