The surface to which the screed is to be applied must be dry and free from grease, oil, sand, dust and any other contaminant. The substrate must be firm and strong, otherwise the putty may peel off. When the surface is too smooth, it should be mechanically roughened by sandblasting or chemically with our DESCA-2F, then the surface should be rinsed thoroughly with water to remove any residue of the cleaner. Where there are walls in the hole you are going to fill, it is a good idea to treat them so that they are flat and straight.

• Mix the container with the Base and Hardener and stir for about 2 min. by hand or with a mechanical stirrer at slow speed.
• Apply the product with a brush or roller as a priming coat on the surface with a consumption rate of 0.200 to 0.250 gr/m².
• Add your chosen aggregates to the mixture and mix again with the mixer on low speed.
• Pour the putty you have made into the right place and spread it with a trowel, trowel or trowel.

The recommended size of aggregates used for repairs is 0.5 - 1 mm. With a similar choice of aggregates, the proportion should be 80% aggregate and 20% resin.

If you use more saturated stones, the proportion of resin should be increased to be able to make a good solder. When using aggregates over 1 mm, the amount of resin needed is reduced.

The use of different proportions of aggregates and resin should be checked in advance depending on the repair work to be carried out: light repair, restoration or highly resistant surface. The putty can be coloured by adding pigment to it in a ratio of 1-2 per 1000 and mixing again. The homogeneity of the final colour will depend on a perfect mixture with the dry pigments.

• Do not apply at temperatures below +10⁰C and relative humidity of 85%
• Do not prepare more solution than you could use during its open run time.
• When you make the mixture of Base and Harden, immediately pour it on one with the aggregates

The product is supplied in metal boxes of 5 and 10 kg. In original closed containers you can store the product up to 1 year at +30⁰С.
