As a coating on mineral and cement-based surfaces, which can subsequently be treated with water-based epoxy coatings such as TECMA PAINT ECOPOX, or as an anti-dust varnish for concrete floors in industrial buildings, warehouses, etc.

The surface must be dry and free from grease, oil , dust , free solutions etc. Cement or concrete surfaces must be completely dry and the product must not be applied to them until at least 28 days have elapsed since the cement or concrete was laid. Smooth and non-porous surfaces should be mechanically or chemically roughened with our DESCA 2Fwhich is then rinsed thoroughly with water to remove any residue of the product.

• Mix the contents of the container with the Base. While stirring slowly, add the contents of the container with the Hardener. Continue stirring slowly until a completely homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Add 30-35% water and stir again until homogeneous mixture is obtained. Always add the water last to the mixture, not the other way around. If necessary move the mixture to another larger container and add water on top.
• After at least 16 h at +23⁰Apply a second coat or paint.

The product acts as a binder in the compaction of stones, aggregates and small stones in horticulture and in these cases the product is mixed with 35-60% water with a stirrer or by spraying the product, and the application of a thicker layer should be avoided so as not to delay the drying of the product. After mixing, all tools should be immediately cleaned with water until all product residue is removed.

• Cement or concrete surfaces must be completely dry before application of TECMA PAINT ECOTRANS.
• Never apply at temperatures below +15⁰С
• Never apply when relative humidity is above 80%, or when surface temperature is less than 3⁰With above dew point

In 7 kg kits (base + hardener) pre-dosed for use. Keep containers tightly closed at temperatures between +5⁰C and +30⁰С. Store in locations that are protected from freezing. Under these conditions, the shelf life is at least 1 year.
