TECMA PAINT PU-EXT is used as a finish coating on painted floors and walls for outdoor or indoor parking lots, garages, warehouses, factories, walls, sunbathing terraces, etc. It complies with the VOC Directive for this type of product. The product can be applied as an exterior-resistant finish for epoxy coatings: TECMA PAINT ECOPOX, TECMA PAINT EP-SD, TECMA PAINT AUTONIVELANTE.

Surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oil, loose solution, etc.

Concrete or mortar surfaces must be allowed to set and dry for at least 28 days before they can be treated. Surfaces should be mechanically roughened or sandblasted. It is very important to remove any loose pieces of mortar or other plaster from the surface before painting.

Always prime with TECMA PRIMER AT, TECMA PAINT ECOTRANS or TECMA PAINT A-H, с consumption rate of 4-5 m²/kg depending on the porosity of the substrate and its absorption.

• Stir the base in the container.
• Add the container of Hardener slowly and continuously, without stopping to stir. Continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Lay the first layer of TECMA PAINT PU-EXT, with a consumption rate of 7 m²/kg  on the already primed surface.
• No earlier than 16 h at +23⁰C temperature, it is possible to lay the second layer.

• Do not apply at relative humidity 85% or when dew point temperature is above 3⁰C below dew point
• Do not apply at temperatures below +10⁰С
• Always pre-prime before applying the coating
• When a matt or glossy finish is desired, you can add as a final finish TECMA PAINT BPU GLOS or MATT.

TECMA PAINT PU-EXT is supplied in a set of 12 kg Base and Hardener, pre-dosed. Store in a dry place at temperatures between +10⁰C and +35⁰С. The storage time is 1 year.
