IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG is a colourless water-repellent impregnant for facades.

It is based on solvents and a modified siloxane with a low molecular weight (small molecule size), which facilitates deep penetration of the treated surfaces. It thus provides excellent water permeability of the substrate. Treatment of the substrate with IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG as a colourless impregnant for facades, allows for the achievement of an internal barrier of water-permeable particles, non-stick and with the possibility of water vapour permeation from the inside of the surface.

End consequences of using this impregnant are:

• Keeps the facade of the building clean by preventing fog and smoke from entering the pores of the substrate
• Watertight
• Vapour permeable
• Protects against moisture entering from outside
• Protects surfaces from efflorescence
• The substrate becomes more resistant to freeze-thaw cycles
• Surfaces remain intact for a long time
• Energy saving (heating: does not retain moisture)

Thanks to its special formula IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG does not age or discolour most materials, however, given the large number of materials used in the construction of facades and the large differences between materials that are assumed to have the same origin, it is necessary to carry out appropriate previous tests to guarantee the final results.

Due to the structure of siloxane in the pores, IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG has good resistance to alkalis, allowing it to waterproof alkaline materials.

It should not be diluted or mixed with other products. It is necessary that the treated surfaces are completely dry, perfectly cleaned of dust and loose particles of materials. If cracks are present, they should be treated with a strengthening putty such as PREMHOR or with polyurethane adhesive such as SATECMA ELASTIC PM 33.

Shake before use. Laying IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG should be carried out until the surface is saturated by spraying with a low pressure sprayer or soft bristle brush. If you wish to make the application in several layers (in the case of highly absorbent substrates), it should be taken into account that it is only possible to do this wet on wet, i.e. the second application should be done just when the first one is finished, without leaving too much time after the first coat to prevent it from drying out.

Do not apply in summer, on surfaces exposed to direct sun or at temperatures above 25 - 30⁰С..

Light it. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from sources of ignition. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake before use. Close container tightly once you have applied the amount you need.

IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG is specially developed for waterproofing most materials used for outdoor construction in urban construction of buildings, walls and industrial areas, etc.

The cost of applying IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG strongly depends on the absorption capacity of the material and, consequently, the cost of obtaining substrate saturation varies strongly between different types of materials. Just as a guide, we can indicate a cost of 3-5 m2/l. It is desirable to make a test of 1 m in advance².

IMPERMEABILIZANTE 10-AG is available in 25, 50, 100, 200 litre metal cans with stopper, not suitable for reuse.
